Vahe Albert Hovhannisyan was born in Yerevan, the Republic of Armenia, on 12 July, 1976. A    lawyer by profession: Specialized in civil litigation.

Education – Higher education

1999-2003 - studied and graduated from Yerevan University “Slavonic Business Institute” of Moscow, Department of Law – as a Lawyer.

In 1997 - learned and graduated “ACN" Computer High School as a computer operator.

2000-2001 - attended English courses at “Lingua Forum” Teaching Centre.

18.05 – 28.05.2004 - took part in the seminar “Trial advocacy skills” held by ABA/CEELI,American Bar Association – ABA Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative – CEELI.

10.05 – 20.10.2004 - attended “Advocacy skills” seminar, ABA/CEELI.

09.10 – 06.11.2004 -took part in “Media law” seminar held by ABA/CEELI.
